    Web Product Consultant

Web products have become a mainstay of all medical communication, and new technologies and processes are being deployed, sometimes at great expense. It’s important therefore to ensure that your web product does exactly what your market demands. How can I help companies?

  • assist senior managers review and revise their web product strategies
  • mentor their staff to drive forward web IT projects; workflows, managing external and internal developers, management reporting and so on
  • introduce rigour and focus in planning, execution, performance and maintenance of Web products
  • offer full project management services for individual projects
